As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing reputed company and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests. Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line responses and reputed company resolutions to reputed company inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests reputed company email and telephone

- Continually learning and developing knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to reputed company serve our customers

Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-reputed company
- Experience working in a remote environment, with strong computer literacy and written and verbal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar

Salary and Benefits
