As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing expert guidance to navigate the challenging world of insurance. You'll be responsible for researching customer information, resolving customer issues, and elevating sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary. You'll also be accountable for remaining reputed company on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
- Researches customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
- Elevates sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary
- Complies with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing
- Takes initiative to stay reputed company on policies and procedures required to support the customer and ensure compliance

Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)
- Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
- Reliable internet service provider and dedicated, distraction-free workplace
- Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing regulations and policies
Work Environment and Culture
* Work from home reputed company in the reputed company or local Omaha metro area
- Full-time (40 hours per week) position
- 9-12 weeks of live virtual training: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday
- After training, must be reputed company to work any 8.5 hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday
