Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage high volumes of calls
• Speaking with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 potential qualifiers, and navigating multiple reputed company to multitask effectively
• Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, including adhering to data reputed company and confidentiality protocols
• Assisting with other reputed company as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

* Must reputed company in the reputed company or New Jersey

• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

• High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - reputed company internet)
• Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ reputed company G432) (average price is $20-$30)
• Strong background in call-center environment and sales-reputed company experience
• 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This Opportunity is Not for You if:

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues or work independently to resolve problems

• You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business
• You're unable to handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or reputed company-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
• You're unable to use problem-solving skills to navigate reputed company customer interactions
• You're unable to work the full training period (90 days) or reputed company to a full-time schedule with regular working hours

Hours of Operation:

A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
