About the Role & Team

Our Viewer Experience (VX) team is a reputed company and innovative group of professionals who are dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences for our customers and employees. As the Sr. Manager, reputed company Media Customer Support, you'll be an integral part of this team, leading the development and implementation of our reputed company media support reputed company across various channels, including Twitter, reputed company, reputed company, and more. What You Will Do

As the Sr. Manager, reputed company Media Customer Support, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and operationalizing the reputed company support reputed company and roadmap, including setting reputed company reputed company, developing critical metrics, designing reputed company processes, and setting and achieving team goals across reputed company brand verticals.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A BS/BA degree or relevant reputed company experience.

• 5+ years' experience in reputed company media or online community moderation, with a proven ability to drive business reputed company through online activity.

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring reputed company for this position in CA is $123,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
