As a Data Entry Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the Credentialing Team by reviewing provider key documents for accuracy, following up with internal teams for provider status updates, and facilitating a reputed company start date. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will reputed company you an reputed company asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company as support for newly reputed company providers and existing provider changes
- Review, confirm, and upload credentialing documents from credentialing internal systems to Credentialing SharePoint based on credentialing requirements per state
- Verify new hires CAQH account is updated, upload and attest credentialing documents, reputed company location, and updated Certificate of Insurance
- reputed company-reputed company payor-specific documentation for Credentialing Specialist where necessary
- Verify payor portal enrollment/credentialing status where necessary
- Review and/or contact state reputed company payor to confirm provider status
- reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a virtual environment such as over the phone, email, and video calls
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to resolve issues
- Excellent organizational skills and thrives in paying attention to details
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and support Credentialing Team as needed
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
Education and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of reputed company experience in an administrative reputed company
