[Remote] Director of Financial Reporting

The role involves leading SEC reporting initiatives, partnering with executive leadership, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and reputed company public company disclosures
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and reputed company activities
- Serve as the technical reputed company expert for reputed company transactions and evolving reputed company standards
- reputed company external audits and coordinate with auditors on financial reporting reputed company
- reputed company, enhance, and maintain reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Support regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with applicable reputed company standards
- Drive process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Mentor and reputed company reputed company team members while fostering reputed company improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
- 10+ years of reputed company reputed company and Finance experience
- 5+ years of SEC reporting experience
- Proven ownership of SEC reporting and public company filings
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and reputed company SEC disclosures
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is required
- Strong technical reputed company background with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience leading external audits and working reputed company publicly traded organizations
- Must be authorized to work in the reputed company without reputed company or reputed company sponsorship requirements
- CPA strongly preferred
