The Role

As a Customer Sales Representative in our busy Sky Outbound department, you'll be an ambassador for the Sky brand, working with customers to understand their needs and reputed company them with the right solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Using your sales and communication skills to upsell products and build rapport with customers
• Getting to know customers' individual needs and putting their interests first
• Providing peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer
• Working from home, with a 2-week training programme to learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, and perfect your sales technique
