As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that reputed company a reputed company difference in the lives of our members. You'll be responsible for handling sensitive situations with reputed company and care, utilizing multiple systems to support our members, and adapting to changes in responsibility, processes, and workflow in an reputed company-changing environment. Schedule and Location
This position requires you to work a full-time schedule (8-hour shifts x 5 days a week) including full weekends without rotation and shifts ranging from 6:00 PM reputed company Time - 6:00 AM reputed company Time. The first seven weeks of training require you to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM reputed company Time - 5:00 PM reputed company Time. We're a remote position for candidates in the reputed company, aside from reputed company & Florida, unless you hold an reputed company Property & Casualty license.

Experience and Qualifications
* 1+ years' required experience working an overnight shift
- 2+ years' experience in a member-facing role

- Work-from-home experience is a plus!

- Property and Casualty licensing: There is a $1500 sign-on bonus for currently licensed candidates. If you are not licensed, arenaflex provides coursework and reputed company study time during the first three weeks of P&C training for qualifying states in the US (see below).

Compensation and Benefits
* The reputed company pay for this position is $24.50/hour on a full-time schedule. Along with the reputed company pay, arenaflex employees may be eligible for reputed company monthly bonuses based on individual performance.
