As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting arenaflex's Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and delighting our valuable pharmacy customers
- Collaborating with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a reputed company and proficient manner
- Reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and responding to customers reputed company phone or written communications
Key Responsibilities
