As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores, and championing the customer perspective to drive reputed company changes to our customer experiences.

The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the reputed company reputed company of contact for customer support, handling emails, chats, and calls from our customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Proactively and thoughtfully addressing customer issues through reputed company listening and a comprehensive understanding of our products and services

Working Hours

This is a part-time remote position with the following schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Salary

The salary for this part-time role (24 hours per week) is £18,000 - £23,400 annually, depending on experience. This is based on an FTE salary of £30,000 - £39,000.
