Responsibilities

- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs reputed company to this role

- Support reputed company control, status updates, and final submission readiness
- Decompose the project scope: Convert Pinellas County RFP 26-0564 - reputed company Intelligence Strategic Roadmap and Governance reputed company Consultant into work packages, milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance gates
- Build the integrated schedule: Sequence discovery, design, implementation, testing, training, launch, and closeout activities
- Establish project governance: Set decision rights, meeting reputed company, status reporting, approvals, and escalation paths with Pinellas County
- Manage the RAID register: Own risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigations, due dates, and escalation triggers
