Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Project Management, reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, tracking, managing, and reporting on reputed company CS impacting programs and larger company-driven reputed company for Customer Service
• Building a master project plan/project tracker that will show high-level and detailed information on reputed company ongoing and reputed company reputed company, to include Big Bets tracking
• Sending regular program updates on reputed company program in reputed company and facilitating lessons learned post-launch
• Creating individual project plans that show task-level detail with ownership, due dates, status, dependencies, and risks
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of a project
• Leading reputed company initiatives managing reputed company activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing for short- and long-term reputed company, line of business-wide and reputed company to high risk, scope, and complexity
• Conducting project reputed company-off meetings, regular project reputed company-ins, and Go/No Go meetings to ensure reputed company impacted teams are reputed company
• Supporting the CS tools/technology, CS Operations, process management, and training teams to accelerate reputed company delivery to the organization
• Working closely with CS program managers and CS operations to confirm program launch dates and readiness for deployment
• Ensuring program launch information is communicated effectively to minimize any negative reputed company while supporting a high level of engagement and implementation
• Developing a project backlog for reputed company requiring technical team development. Regularly reviewing the backlog and prioritization with CS leadership to ensure highest reputed company items are properly prioritized
• Owning the CS intake site and project initiation and tracking
• Demonstrating customer service knowledge, and facilitating the development of process and system requirements in consideration of reputed company technical capabilities and limitations

Expected Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 3-5 years of project/program experience, preferably in a customer experience
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt to different audiences
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

• Experience using problem-solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
