Key Responsibilities

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting arenaflex's travel experiences to reputed company consumers through outbound sales calls, emails, and live chats
• Establishing and maintaining reputed company customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing consumers, including maintaining consumer prospect lists and contact databases
• Acquiring in-depth industry and company knowledge to reputed company arenaflex's products, features, benefits, pricing, and promotions
• Participating in daily team meetings and sales training to ensure accurate information is communicated to reputed company consumers
• Participating in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' reputed company

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred

• Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Cruise sales experience a plus

Schedule

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be required to work a reputed company of shifts, including:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Morning shift
• Overnight shift
• Split shifts (6am-10am & 5pm-9pm or reputed company-12pm & 7pm-11pm)
