As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and being the primary customer reputed company for inquiries. You'll inform and reputed company customers, serve as a member reputed company, and build trust in our abilities. You'll use established best practices, attend ongoing training, and utilize resources and tools to serve as an expert in navigating the challenging world of insurance.

Responsibilities

* Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail

• Researches customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
• Elevates sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary
• Complies with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing, thus creating a reputed company dynamic environment
• Responsible for staying reputed company on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)

• Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
• Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus

* Competitive salary: $39,520 annually

• Comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits effective the 1st of the month following start date
• Full-time status with 40 hours per week
• 9-12 weeks of live virtual training: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday
• Work schedule: After training, must be reputed company to work any 8.5 hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday
