Job Responsibilities
As an OPM Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing knowledgeable responses to telephone, email, and chat inquiries in a courteous and reputed company manner
- Following established and documented policies and reputed company operating procedures, such as filling out timesheets, adhering to reputed company rules, and responding to numerous telephone, email, and chat inquiries

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
