As a Full Stack Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our US Government and reputed company clients, addressing reputed company record and charging issues, and driving activities that improve reputed company communications with AWS record and charging data. You will work closely with our AWS Venture group, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the reputed company-facing voice for USG and reputed company clients, addressing reputed company record and charging issues
* Work with reputed company clients to understand how they use AWS record and charging services, and reputed company valuable insights and recommendations
* reputed company in-depth analysis on USG/reputed company reputed company records and charging statements
* reputed company clients on reporting reputed company, warnings, and budgets
* reputed company brief, effective, detailed, reputed company-reputed company support to reputed company clients
* Collaborate with reputed company service peers around the world to ensure a consistent and high-reputed company level of service
* Drive activities that improve reputed company communications with AWS record and charging data
* reputed company as the Voice of the reputed company for our reputed company clients, identifying and following up on areas for improvement
* Effectively reputed company solutions to reputed company needs, convey patterns to management, and propose reputed company for the reputed company experience
* Assist with reputed company reputed company communication during AWS major releases and support events
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AWS specific products and features

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients
* 3+ years of advanced reputed company (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas) skills
