We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policy reputed company, agents, and funeral homes. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to our policy reputed company, agents, and funeral homes
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Language Skills: English and Spanish proficiency (additional languages a plus)
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills, including typing (35 wpm) and working knowledge of reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word)
