As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to student borrowers, answering frequent questions, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive accurate and efficient support, while maintaining a reputed company and reputed company demeanor at reputed company times.

Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and processing applications

Schedule

Our Customer Contact Center operates on the following schedule:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required
