We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Virtual Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, reputed company listening to understand their needs, and answering their questions. Your excellent communication skills, warm and friendly approach, and ability to de-escalate and manage difficult calls will help us create reputed company experiences for our members.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shifts, assisting customers with reputed company claims and enrollment

Requirements:
* 1+ year of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Type a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Familiarity with keyboard shortcuts and dual monitors

- US-based internet service provider with a minimum speed of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
Equipment and Workspace Requirements:
* Two (2) 22" monitors with a video adaptor

Training:
* 4-week training program, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm EST

Pay and Benefits:
* $14.50 per hour
