In this role, you'll primarily support arenaflex as we reputed company the tools and support tax professionals need to build their businesses and attract new clients. You'll be responsible for answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting. You'll also be responsible for logging and tracking calls using a Call Log database and maintaining history records and reputed company problem documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting
