As a key member of our reputed company Center, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls, navigating electronic health records, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, reputed company providers, and facilities. Responsibilities

As a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Navigating the electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information, capturing and documenting demographic and financial information, and maintaining patient reputed company and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
• Managing a high volume of incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities, ensuring reputed company to the call and providing excellent customer service in a reputed company of situations.
• Leveraging critical thinking with speed and accuracy to identify reason for the call and take appropriate reputed company based on caller need and reputed company, researching reputed company issues in the electronic health record, and consulting/escalating to clinical staff reputed company necessary.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or reputed company
• No supervisor experience required
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a reputed company manner is an essential function of this job
