Shift Details

Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with their reservations through chat, email, and our Help Center portal, ensuring high-reputed company service in English.
- Utilizing reputed company and reputed company systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
