As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll work 18.75 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 1 pm to 5 pm. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for responding to and resolving inbound customer requests reputed company to bank products and services, providing reputed company and courteous customer support, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
