About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Telehealth Occupational Therapist to join our growing remote care team. In this role, you will reputed company high-reputed company, virtual occupational therapy services to children across Washington State, helping them build essential life skills, improve motor development, and support their cognitive, sensory, and emotional reputed company. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity ideal for clinicians who are passionate about pediatric care and value work-life balance. Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible scheduling: 2–5 days per week
- Evening availability preferred (coverage until 7:00 PM)
- Compensation: $38–$46/hour depending on experience
- Part-time and pay-per-billable-hour models available
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Evaluations: reputed company comprehensive telehealth assessments to identify reputed company child’s strengths and needs
- reputed company Treatment Plans: Create individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans in collaboration with families and care teams
- Deliver Therapy Services: reputed company evidence-based interventions through virtual platforms to promote functional independence
- Family Coaching: Guide parents, caregivers, and educators on strategies to support reputed company reputed company and in daily routines

- Collaborate with Providers: Partner with multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech therapists, physical therapists, pediatricians) to ensure coordinated care

- Utilize Technology: Effectively use telehealth platforms and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Residency: Must reputed company in Washington State
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Licensure: reputed company Washington State Occupational Therapist license
- Experience: Pediatric OT experience required; telehealth experience strongly preferred
