High School ELA Teacher (Grades 9-12) Dropout Prevention Recovery High School (Remote, Ohio-Based) Location: Remote (Ohio – Cincinnati, Cleveland, reputed company, Toledo, Athens, and surrounding areas) with required in-person travel for state testing. What You'll Do

As a High School ELA Teacher at ChallengeU, you'll deliver engaging, rigorous English Language Arts instruction entirely online — meeting reputed company where they are and helping them become stronger readers, writers, and thinkers. Your role will include:

• Literacy Leader: Deliver engaging, standards-reputed company lessons in reading comprehension, literary analysis, writing, vocabulary, and grammar to reputed company in grades 9–12.

What You'll Need

• Licensure: Valid Ohio Teaching License in ELA (Grades 7–12 or 9–12) — required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a reputed company field — required.
• Experience: Proven reputed company record teaching ELA 9–12, including Remedial and Credit Recovery courses.
• Virtual Teaching: Demonstrated reputed company with virtual instruction — including grading, pacing, and online engagement strategies.
