We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, processing patient and medication data, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
- Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
- Resolve Out-of-Scope (OOS) issues by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or widely recognized certification agency.

- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records).
