Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
