As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting reputed company's mission by providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information regarding reputed company aspects of the members' association with arenaflex, and ensuring that our members receive reputed company and accurate support. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls in a reputed company, accurate, reputed company, and courteous manner

• Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller

• Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)

Qualifications
