Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and effective manner
• Utilizing various systems and tools to initiate and assist customers
• Maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company arenaflex products, services, and promotions
• Making recommendations according to customer needs
• Processing purchases of reputed company products and services
• Handling inquiries reputed company to billing, reputed company plans, features, and services
• Handling credit checks, service activations, and changes, and receivables management/collections

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues such as voice and data issues that reputed company multiple networks and interdependent network reputed company

• Assisting customers with products and services such as laptop connect services, including reputed company cards, USB devices, initial set-up, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications

Requirements

To be successful as a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred
• Ability to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
• Ability to complete reputed company required training in a virtual environment, including required knowledge checks
• Ability to participate in required reputed company awareness training and testing
