As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional support to our members through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for advising members on benefits, responding to consumer inquiries and issues, and providing education on previously submitted documents and requests. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and respond to consumer inquiries and issues

Requirements
