Schedule and Work Environment
As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll work 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with reputed company between reputed company and 4:30pm CST. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by reputed company providers
- Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and reputed company to meet reputed company turnaround times
- Navigating reputed company and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
- Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
- Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
- Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements
Additional Responsibilities
As a key member of reputed company, you'll also be responsible for:
- Performing reputed company review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
- Contributing to reputed company effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed
- Alerting management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies
- Providing recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate
Qualifications
To be a successful Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in data entry or a typing-reputed company role
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
