As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. Your primary function will be to assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues reputed company to their policies, including coverage, billing, and policy modifications. Key Responsibilities
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies
