Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries effectively, ensuring a reputed company customer experience
• Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer needs and reputed company information, building strong relationships with our clients
• Performing data entry tasks accurately to maintain reputed company records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Assisting clients with product information, order processing, and issue reputed company, providing expert guidance and support

Experience & Qualifications
