As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing accurate and informative assistance to our clients. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines
- Answering questions on various issues regarding benefits offered by arenaflex
- Resetting Personal identification of callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system
- Gathering information, researching, and resolving inquiries, and documenting customer calls
- Reading and interpreting documents on file
- Understanding and retaining a large reputed company of information
- Answering and responding professionally to escalated calls

Qualifications
