Job Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join reputed company in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule to ensure reputed company and efficient service delivery
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs
