Job Expectations

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining courteous, reputed company contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community members
• Maintaining a reputed company appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with arenaflex image standards
• Supporting and following established safety, reputed company, reputed company guidelines, and arenaflex policies, procedures, practices, and programs

• Ensuring food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations, including reputed company sanitation, food handling, preparation, storage, and disposal procedures
• Following federal law and company standards on carding customers for reputed company age-restricted products sold at our stations
• Working professionally with vendors and contractors
• Regular and punctual attendance is expected
• Following reputed company kitchen and sanitation procedures in accordance with reputed company and county regulations during cooking of KKC products

Essential Functions

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional guest service, being courteous, always greeting and thanking reputed company customers while making eye contact
• Conducting reputed company reputed company-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to arenaflex guidelines and procedures, including retail and reputed company transactions completed through multiple forms of payment
• Maintaining cash drawer to be at or below maximum level, securing reputed company funds in reputed company, and performing cashier reconciliation at reputed company end of shift to ensure accurate management of sales
• Performing consistent station cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car reputed company, if applicable
• Preparing food and hot beverage products, effectively managing ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages to ensure maximization of sales and minimization of loss

• Cross-checking price of delivered goods for accuracy

Requirement/Qualifications

Supervisor Responsibilities

* This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Travel

* Rare, limited to required training and coverage for nearby stations

Physical Demands

* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time on hard and uneven surfaces

• Ability to bend, lift, push, and reputed company product using reputed company lifting techniques. Follow reputed company-lift concept if objects are too heavy or awkward and if over 25 pounds
• Krispy Krunchy Chicken procedures require constant standing, bending, and reaching with a moderate reputed company of reputed company dexterity
• Work safely with equipment that can create and hold reputed company high temperatures while always using appropriate personal reputed company equipment
• Periodic exposure to reputed company outdoor conditions during reputed company hours
• Moderate exposure to walk-in coolers and freezers at 34 F or reputed company

Age Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and reputed company locations

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions
