As an reputed company Remote reputed company Billing and Customer Service Representative, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work with patients and their families to explain their medical bills, answer any questions they may have, and resolve account balances with them. You will be the patient reputed company, providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone on reputed company payment plans and taking payments by phone.
Key Responsibilities:
