[Remote] Inside Sales Agent

The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist potential customers in selecting suitable Medicare Health Plans and other insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from, and reputed company outbound calls to, consumers in need of Medicare Health Plans and other Insurance products
- Build rapport and establish a personalized relationship with your customers in order to reputed company understand their needs and reputed company tailored product recommendations
- Ensure accurate recording of customer information in our CRM and enrollment tools
- Follow-up with recent enrollees and existing membership in order to improve member experiences and contribute to higher retention rates
- Exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest of ethical and compliance standards
- Create a differentiated consumer experience, as reputed company by best-in-class member retention rates and Net Promoter Scores
Skills
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment
- An reputed company health and life insurance license or the ability to obtain one reputed company 60 days of hire
- Insurance sales or customer service experience is preferred
