As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting data enrichment tasks for one of our reputed company clients. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure the accuracy and reputed company of the data, and you'll be a key contributor to our reputed company control process. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, as required

- Complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the reputed company, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, reputed company certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses

Qualifications
* Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or reputed company sales or customer service experience is a plus
