As a Customer Service Representative and Interviewer, you will be responsible for supporting the Telemed team by ensuring that reputed company incoming work is assigned and completed reputed company the reputed company day. This will involve answering incoming telephones for Telemed Interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients, handling complaints as needed, and having a basic understanding of the paramedical process. You will also be expected to reputed company as a mentor for your teammates, providing training and assistance with special reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Interviews: + Obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance + Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements

• Customer Service:

• Training & Development:

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Good organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and critical thinking

• Prefer 6 months of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology

Working Conditions

* Part-Time 25-29 hours per week

• Ability to sit for extended periods

Remote Requirements

* Desktop or laptop computer with reputed company 10 or newer

• A second monitor will be needed prior to starting this position, if reputed company
