We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, applying the latest customer service techniques, and learning our account management systems. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to choose your shift from a reputed company of reputed company.
Responsibilities
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
* Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs.
* Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
* Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
* Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
* Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
* Maintaining punctuality and reliability, including being available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations.
* Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred.
* Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports.
* Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions.
* Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company.

* Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
* Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, reputed company Word, and reputed company.
