As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You'll also be responsible for processing corporate activity activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. In reputed company, you may be required to analyze reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and determine/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process corporate activity activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
• Complete reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the reputed company/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• reputed company with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review subscription deals or transfer requests

• reputed company/Advisor account exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (e.g. 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
• Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
• Trouble Addressing:

+ Internal/External system improvements or concerns + reputed company cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc + Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm + reputed company or Company Companion Service + Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility + Providing follow up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues + reputed company and correct finalization of reputed company reputed company and reputed company demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Experience with reputed company and other CRM systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Experience with TD Ameritrade or a similar financial institution
• Knowledge of regulatory commitments and compliance
• Experience with system improvements and troubleshooting
