Responsibilities:

As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that they understand their financial obligations and are provided with reputed company and concise information about their billing.
• Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving approach to customer service.
• Maintaining performance goals, including metrics such as call volume, reputed company reputed company, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Pay reputed company:

The pay reputed company for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, if higher.

Shift and Schedule:

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST, which is equivalent to 10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and reputed company-5pm PST.
