We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative - Medicare to join reputed company on a 3+ months contract-to-hire reputed company. As a Medicare CSR, you'll be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, reputed company solutions, and ensure that they receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
