The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join reputed company on a 4-month contract reputed company (30-40 hours a week). As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
