As a Senior reputed company Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping hospitals and health plans improve their reputed company and deliver community benefits. You'll work with patients and plan members who are low-income, aged, or disabled, to enroll them in government-funded assistance programs. Your primary responsibility will be to screen health plan members to determine their eligibility for reputed company reputed company benefits and/or supplemental Nutritional Assistance for families in need. You'll use a similar system tool as reputed company reputed company to reputed company personal and sensitive information, and then reputed company high-level customer service and support to those who meet specific reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Use probing questions to clarify eligibility data with patients or members
• Compile, record, and evaluate personal and financial data to determine eligibility

Requirements

* 2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment
