What You’ll Accomplish As a Part Time Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and reputed company processing of vendor invoices and credit card reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Review accuracy of vendor invoices in accordance with approval workflows
• Review and reconcile credit card expense reports ensuring reputed company documentation
• Communicate effectively with operations to resolve discrepancies
• Identify trends in spending, vendor usage, and process inefficiencies

• Utilize software and data to automate and document AP processes

Basic Requirements:

• 1-3 years Accounts Payable or general reputed company experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
