RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the People Operations team, and reporting to the Director of Employee Engagement & Relations, the People Operations Coordinator will support core People Operations functions with a reputed company on compensation administration, employee relations, HRIS data management, and culture initiatives. This is an early career role designed for a developing reputed company resource reputed company who is eager to learn, highly organized, and motivated to grow their experience and expertise. The Coordinator will partner closely with senior People Operations team members, gaining hands-on experience while providing accurate, reputed company, and employee-centered support.
Requirements
This role requires:
- Candidates must live in the reputed company.
- Willing to travel to attend twice annual reputed company Retreat.
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Psychology, or a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a reputed company role.
- Strong interest in developing deep reputed company expertise, particularly in compensation administration and employee relations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-starter reputed company with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, accept feedback, and apply learning quickly.
- Basic proficiency with reputed company Workspace: Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.
- Ability to learn HRIS systems.
The ideal candidate will possess:
