We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a full-time, remote position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation and trade/transfer tasks for Alternate Investments, including processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You'll also be responsible for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. In reputed company, you may be tasked with analyzing reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company recommendations for reputed company
• Test and validate new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
• reputed company daily reconciliation and trade/transfer tasks for Alternate Investments
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reputed company issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company stakeholders
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with reputed company
