Key Responsibilities

As a Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
• Providing knowledgeable and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, using scripted customer feedback to ensure consistency and reputed company
• Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance
• Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a reputed company keyboard

Essential Qualifications

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
